Matured in wood, the wines can compete with the best French and New-World  wines.

"Les Mattes"is the oldest and one of the best vineyard  transformed by the Beaujard family.

With a selection  of  the  best grapes of this vigne the winemakers created their latest innovation.
This new "Premium Selection", which replaces the Cuvée "Ermitage", is much finer and more elegant. It comes from  of the oldest vines and  the best grapes;
CABERNET AND MERLOT
The vines are located on a steep hill in a picturesque valley just north of Montpellier. The vineyard is full of fine stones which absorb the warmth of the sun during the day and radiate the warmth back onto the vines during the night, hence the name Domaines des 2 Soleils ( Domaine of 2 Suns).
THE WINE IS WELL BALANCED, COMPLEX, RICH AND COMPACT. IT IS MATURED IN THE BEST QUALITY FRENCH OAK BARRELS AND HAS THE ABILITY TO BE DRUNK NOW AND OVER THE NEXT 5 TO 8 YEARS.
