THE WINE-MAKERS

The key positions of the   wine-making team are all filled with oenologues. First  consultend  is  the  well  known  winemaker Jean Francois Vrinat. The high quality of the DEUX SOLEILS wines begins with the special care of the workers in the vineyard . Jeannot Beaujard  who  developed   the  vineyards  has chosen a Environment friendly  semi microbiological way of working. 
 
Consultend in  the  vineyard is Jean Christophe Ducros who he reintroduced, on a large scale, the plough  instead of treating the weeds in the vineyards with chemicals . Disease and insects are treated very selectively and per vine. Due to the labour demanding treatments and the intensive ploughing, the vines are very sound and dynamic. The old vines stay vital and, with their limited production, add lots of high, intensive quality juice to the DEUX SOLEILS wines.
Harvesting  is technical and or manual, depending on the sitiation in the vineyard
