The objective of the owner, a small investing company, is the production of TRUE TO SOIL high quality Garrigue- wines. The goal is to enhance the special character of this  kind  of  vineyards by stimulating soil and environement as much as possible and by linking tradition to new techniques. Giving all possible support to the development of these particular elements related to the SOIL of each vineyard, is the basic philosophy of the DEUX SOLEILS wine-making team.

Of course, with  respect for the first laws of fine wine production such as a very limited production of grapes, optimal hygienic conditions and oak aging.  As to the vinification of all the wines, the wine-making team is trying to realise the maximum of extraction out of only pure, sound and fully ripe fruit. Cuvaison longue and extraction are the elements on which the quality of each of the wines are based.
